Mourning is a human and prefectly normal process that we experience when we're confronted with a loss.
We can mourn about different things:
- The death of someone who was dear to us.
- A divorce
- A relocation
- The loss of an object
- Losing a job
- empty nest syndrome
Sometimes, external help is needed to enable someone to go through the mourning process. In the sessions, we will first of all be there to listen to you. You will learn how to cope with the grief, with the loss or with the traumas from the past. You'll learn to let go of things that you keep holding on to and you'll learn to free yourself from things that stopped you from really enjoying life.
