Your self image has an big impact how you feel, what you think of yourself and how others will perceive you. A healthy and balanced self image enables you to see yourself as you really are and to develop self-confidence. How to do that is something that you can learn!

- Leaders/managers who want to coach with more authenticity, more energy and with more self-assurance.

- Employees who want to be more balanced, who want to appear more energetic, more authentic

  and/or want to improve their self-confidence.

Experiences - prerequisites needed: 

- This training doesn't require any previous experience or foreknowledge.

- This is an interactive training based on your personal experiences and examples from your working environment.

 

Duration of the training: 1 session of 1 day and 2 follow-up sessions of 0,5 day each.
