Experiences - prerequisites needed: 

- The training requires to have enough self-confidence (see training on developing self-confidence) to be able to apply

  the techniques on assertiveness.

- This is an interactive training based on your personal experiences and examples from your working environment.


Duration of the training: 1 day training and 2 follow-up sessions of 0,5 day each.
